About the Role

We are hiring a small cohort of Visiting Associates who are generalists with sharp minds, each owning one defined area. You will pick your preferred track(s) when you apply, receive a real scope, and be managed directly by the founders' office. This role offers genuine ownership of a function, a fast track for growth, and an AI-first working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the inbound pipeline end to end: better scoring, smarter routing, more automation
  • Build the pipeline reporting the founders and sales team actually use
  • Test new channels: data sources, outbound angles, our first paid experiments
  • Automate call prep: short briefings so no one walks into a call cold
  • Own decks, case studies, battle cards, and demo assets
  • Own our social channels end to end: what goes out, where, and why
  • Build the system behind our social channels: templates, automations, a repeatable pipeline from idea to published post
  • Produce video, visuals, memes, and merch
  • Turn launches, papers, and customer wins into stories
  • Support our presence at conferences and events, from pre-event promo to on-site capture to recap
  • Shape the culture as we scale: offsites, team events, the rituals that keep 40 people feeling like one team
  • Help open our new offices and set up new countries
  • Own onboarding end to end, from signed contract to a solid first week
  • Take clunky people processes, redesign it, and ship it
  • Source with the best AI tooling: map the market, surface the people who aren't looking, run outbound that doesn't feel like outbound
  • Figure out where the best people are: the communities, groups, and job boards worth being in, and get us there
  • Own our hiring/ATS setup: pipelines, scorecards, automations, full candidate experience
  • Build the playbooks: sourcing guides, interview kits, the process behind every open role

Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently finished a degree in business, economics, engineering, or something adjacent, or have equivalent work experience
  • You already work in an AI-first way, trying new tools and knowing where they save time and where judgment is needed
  • High-agency: ship a v1 quickly, iterate, and don't wait for a brief to figure out what needs doing
  • Structured and reliable: when you own something, it's handled
  • Write clearly and communicate proactively in English
