About the Role

As the Enablement Customer Success Manager, you will help world-class sales organizations achieve President's Club through our enablement program, which covers skills from cold calling to negotiation. This is a unique opportunity to build a function from the ground up, reporting directly to the founder, with significant potential for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Guide teams through the 30MPC enablement curriculum, planning quarterly sprints to close sales skill gaps.
  • Support enablement leads and frontline managers by teaching frameworks, assisting with real-world application, and coaching through roadblocks.
  • Conduct QBRs, quantify customer results, and identify expansion opportunities in partnership with sales.
  • Assist in building the enablement program from inception, including designing the customer lifecycle and training program.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience required.
  • Experience as a Sales Enablement Professional who has run enablement programs teaching sales skills beyond product knowledge.
  • Experience as a CSM with sales experience, demonstrating ability to master a product domain to expand customers and maximize revenue retention (minimum 1 year sales XP required).
  • Experience as a top seller or leader who breaks down processes for junior reps and explains their methods.
  • Ability to geek out about the craft of sales and teach others.
  • Executive presence to engage with senior sales leaders and influence behavior change.
  • Comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage environment, including building the customer journey and influencing the product roadmap.
