About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead Norton VPN and a portfolio of standalone products that are vital to Norton's growth and financial success. This role involves driving VPN growth, acquisition, and market share while ensuring strategic alignment with Norton 360. You will also manage other key products like Norton Genie, Privacy Monitor Assistant, and device optimization tools. These products are critical for customer acquisition, lead generation, and customer lifetime value, requiring a candidate with strong portfolio management skills, commercial acumen, and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Own the full product strategy for Norton VPN, including roadmap definition, feature prioritization, and growth direction.
- Develop and execute acquisition and growth strategies for VPN, optimizing trial experiences and exploring partner opportunities.
- Monitor VPN market dynamics and competitor activities to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
- Ensure VPN product strategy aligns with and supports the broader Norton 360 ecosystem.
- Own the product roadmap and performance for Norton Genie, PMA, and device optimization tools.
- Manage standalone products as key drivers of acquisition and lead generation, aligning with financial models and customer count strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, activation, and cross-sell rates across the point solutions portfolio.
- Maintain high product quality and user experience standards for all standalone products.
- Design and own the product strategy for integrating standalone point solutions with the broader N360 ecosystem.
- Collaborate with the N360 product team to ensure cohesive cross-product experiences and upgrade pathways.
- Define and track metrics for ecosystem contribution, including trial-to-paid conversion and upgrade rates.
- Partner with engineering, design, data science, and security research teams to deliver product improvements.
- Align with marketing on acquisition campaigns, go-to-market messaging, and channel strategy.
- Communicate product strategy, performance, and roadmap priorities to senior stakeholders.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships across product, commercial, and technical teams.
- Define success metrics for each product in the portfolio and own performance against them.
- Synthesize funnel analytics, A/B test results, and customer research into product decisions.
- Proactively surface performance insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
