About the Role
This role provides strategic financial analysis and decision support to senior leadership, helping drive business performance, profitability, and cash flow optimization across Bell's largest business unit. The position requires strong business partnering skills, executive communication capabilities, and advanced financial modelling expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead competitive intelligence analysis, including assessment of industry trends, competitor performance, and strategic implications for the CSB business.
- Manage working capital analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting to identify opportunities to improve cash flow and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives, business cases, and executive requests through financial modelling, scenario analysis, and recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and insights for senior business and finance leaders.
- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and talent development.
- Identify opportunities to enhance processes, reporting, and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- CPA designation required.
- Progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience presenting complex financial information to executive audiences.
- Anaplan experience considered an asset.
- Familiarity with SAP and BPC considered an asset.
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
