About the Role
The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is an important pipeline for unleashing potential and developing future leaders. We look for great people with the potential to deliver with excellence and have a long-term impact on our company!
Responsibilities
- Rotate through front-line Brewery, Sales, and Logistics teams.
- Gain exposure to different operational sites, including brewery locations, warehouse facilities, our Toronto headquarters, and other localized sites.
- Participate in immersive job shadowing to learn about specific programs and processes.
- Work on strategic business projects.
- Prepare for first placement typically in a Frontline Sales or Supply Chain team.
- Participate in new graduate specific events and activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sciences or a related field.
- Graduated from an undergraduate degree in the last 2 years; 2025, 2026 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2027.
- Must be mobile and open to relocation to experience different functions and locations across Canada.
- No formal work experience required; previous internship experience is a plus.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
