About the Role
As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Responsibilities
- Work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
- Participate in professional development opportunities including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, and leadership roles.
- Engage in a sustainable practice environment that supports high-quality patient care.
- Foster a culture centered on professional growth, hands-on learning, strong clinical relationships, collaboration, and long-term career stability.
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time)
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Eagerness to grow & learn
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
- Team player

Salary/Compensations
- $90,000 to $100,000/year
- Up to an additional $31,000 annually through clinician bonus plan
- Up to $10K welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for certain opportunities
