About the Role
As a Business Development Representative, you will drive customer and vendor growth through platform adoption, solution enablement, sales support, customer engagement, and pipeline development, focusing on maximizing platform utilization and delivering measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Leverage Xvantage platform data to identify growth opportunities and increase platform adoption.
- Manage a customer portfolio, acting as a technology solutions subject matter expert.
- Partner with sales teams to identify customer needs and support business development.
- Support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical consultations.
- Develop and deliver sales enablement materials and training.
- Identify opportunities for customer acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of relevant functional experience.
- Experience in technology sales, business development, solutions, channel sales, or a related technology-focused role.
- Experience working with customers, reseller partners, vendors, or other channel stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of technology products, solutions, services, or platforms.
- Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze information and use data to identify opportunities.
- Ability to pass a drug test and pre-employment background check.
