About the Role
Blackstone’s Private Equity Institutional Client Solutions (ICS) group raises capital for Blackstone’s Private Equity funds. This role works with the broader ICS sales team, Deal teams, Finance, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to prepare all marketing and fundraising materials for each of Blackstone’s Private Equity funds.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the creation, review and maintenance of all materials related to the marketing and fundraising cycle from fund concept, pitchbook, PPM, talking points and other materials
- Review and complete LP due diligence requests and bespoke analyses
- Create, coordinate and review bespoke investor presentations
- Assist in the development, preparation, and review of annual LP conference materials and annual LP letter
- Draft presentations and memorandums for senior management
- Work and coordinate with the broader ICS sales team, Deal teams, Finance, Operations, and Legal & Compliance to prepare marketing materials for existing LPs and prospective investors
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other related discipline; strong academic record
- 2+ years of investment banking, investor reporting, valuations, or other related experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated with experience working effectively in a dynamic team environment and successfully navigating through competing priorities
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic and results oriented
