About the Role

As a District Manager at CorePower Yoga, you will lead a district of multi-unit studios, driving financial growth and profitability by developing studio leaders, delivering an exceptional yoga experience, and executing strategic operations. You are a leader of leaders, fostering diverse teams that support their students and studio communities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop district-level strategies to achieve financial, operational, and student-service goals.
  • Execute remote operating systems to ensure team cohesion and collective results.
  • Utilize analytics to identify trends and implement strategies for business growth.
  • Integrate company goals, initiatives, and strategic plans into team objectives.
  • Assist in preparing and communicating revenue plans and forecasts.
  • Manage studio expenses to ensure cost savings and contribution improvement.
  • Participate in strategic pilots and projects to drive innovation and operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure district alignment with CorePower Yoga's mission and yoga quality standards.
  • Provide solution-oriented feedback to enhance student experience and company strategy.
  • Maintain high-level communication with employees through individual dialogue.
  • Conduct regular meetings and trainings to promote communication and teamwork.
  • Oversee and coach for consistency and quality in all district programs.
  • Support management of district's physical assets, including maintenance and vendor management.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a diverse team of studio leaders and brand ambassadors.
  • Ensure consistent training and execution of health and safety protocols.
  • Supervise, review, and coach teams to enhance job effectiveness and create a rewarding work environment.
  • Deliver constructive feedback, performance growth plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Build and maintain a talent bench for succession planning and market growth.
  • Act as an expert in HR and legal protocols and hold teams accountable.
  • Lead learning and development workshops within and outside the district.
  • Participate in auditions and other hiring activities.
  • Lead, coach, moderate, or participate in teacher trainings.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams in fitness, service, hospitality, or related industry.
  • Must demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop others and build relationships with diverse individuals at different leadership levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize under multiple deadlines.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to take on new projects with enthusiasm.
  • Experience in delivering actionable and supportive feedback for improvement.
  • Coachable with a growth mindset; actively seek and appropriately activate with 360 feedback.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and other computer applications.
  • Must be located in Los Angeles.
  • Ability to commute 100% of schedule within the local market, and occasionally out of state.
  • Willing to relocate depending on market needs.
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between studios daily.
  • Availability must reflect the needs of the business – mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Must be able to move around the studio space, attend class, and travel.

Salary/Compensations

  • $100,000-$130,000 annually
