About the Role
Braze is building a partner ecosystem to extend its reach, deepen customer relationships, and deliver outcomes. This role owns the full partner sales motion across AMER and LATAM, setting regional strategy, defining operational functions across two markets, and driving commercial outcomes through co-sell and indirect routes. The position reports to the SVP, Partnerships and collaborates with regional Sales VPs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a regional team spanning direct partner sales and indirect channel sales.
- Oversee Partner Sales Managers covering Enterprise, General Business, Commercial, and LATAM segments, focusing on the direct co-sell motion with Delivery, Technology, and Marketplace partners.
- Drive indirect ecosystem motions and book of business through Reseller Sales Managers, including ACV and GRR targets.
- Establish a consistent operating model and playbook for AMER and LATAM, adapting application for each market's maturity.
- Leverage Partner Account Directors to build and maintain senior relationships with strategic partners like Deloitte, Accenture, WPP, Publicis, and Merkle.
- Utilize Salesforce, Crossbeam, Tackle, Clari, and Looker to track partner engagement and performance, reporting to senior leadership.
- Build a partner bench across AMER and LATAM, activating the right partners for specific accounts and opportunities.
- Develop and govern a reseller program with clear rules of engagement and enablement.
- Integrate partner-led motions into the forecasting and success strategies of VP Sales leaders in AMER and LATAM.
- Set the standard for partner engagements, ensuring they reflect positively on the Braze brand.
Requirements
- 15+ years in partner sales, alliances, or channel sales in B2B SaaS.
- 7-8 years at Senior Director or AVP level, with ownership of multi-regional revenue across direct co-sell and indirect motions.
- Demonstrated experience operating as a peer to VP-level Sales leadership.
- Proven track record leading Channel Sales teams, managing Reseller Sales Managers, and holding indirect revenue targets.
- Experience building or rebuilding reseller programs, including tiering, rules of engagement, and enablement.
- Comfortable operating across markets with different maturity levels, managing direct co-selling in AMER and building indirect coverage in LATAM.
- Experience working across Agency/SI/Delivery, Technology (hyperscalers, ISVs), and Channel/VAR partner types.
- Ability to define rules of engagement between direct and indirect sales motions and resolve channel conflict.
- Comfortable using account mapping tools such as Crossbeam or equivalent.
- Track record of creating operating models and playbooks from scratch.

- Base salary range: $155,000 - $244,000/year
- On Target Earnings (OTE) range: $259,000 - $407,000/year
