About the Role

This role owns the core building blocks for HR Analytics, turning raw HR data into trusted reporting, scalable analytics products, and actionable insights. You will build out the BI tooling environment, improve source-data quality, and form strong partnerships to deliver data that leaders can trust and act on.

Responsibilities

• Build out the BI tooling environment.
• Improve source-data quality across systems.
• Form strong partnerships with stakeholders.
• Deliver insights through traditional BI, conversational AI interfaces, and simple web pages.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in HR or people analytics.
• Ability to translate complex technical details into plain, natural language.
• Hands-on SQL skills for pulling and shaping data.
• Familiarity with HR data structures (HRIS, ATS).
• Spreadsheet modeling skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proven Tableau experience, with a track record of creating intuitive dashboards.
• Excitement to build modern data products.
• Experience resolving complex HR data logic at the source.
• Experience building governance that scales.
• Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
• Citizenship/permanent residency status or ability to obtain prior license approval from the U.S. Commerce Department or applicable federal agency may be required due to U.S. export laws.
