About the Role

Support the Senior Designer in creating and designing weekly and seasonal digital assets for desktop, mobile, email and social for Williams Sonoma and its emerging brands. Assist with maintaining daily and weekly homepages, features and marketing creative assets, as well as email campaigns. Present designs for approvals and feedback, and collaborate with and support design team members across global websites. Develop and evolve processes between creative, developers, merchants and site management teams, and maintain process by keeping servers, files and preview site up to brand standard. Manage workflow to meet business and creative deadlines and develop seasonal Style guides for global partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Designer in creating and designing weekly and seasonal digital assets for desktop, mobile, email and social for Williams Sonoma and its emerging brands, Mark & Graham and Rejuvenation
  • Assist the Senior Designer & eCom with maintaining daily and weekly homepages, features and marketing creative assets
  • Assist coordinators in maintaining daily and weekly email campaigns
  • Present designs for approvals and feedback to Senior Designer
  • Collaborate with and support design team members on Creative teams across US and Global websites
  • Work with the Senior Designer to develop and evolve process between creative, developers, merchants and site management teams
  • Work with team members to maintain process by keeping servers, files and preview site up to brand standard
  • Manage personal workflow to meet business and creative deadlines
  • Develop seasonal Style guides for our global partners

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual, Web or Graphic Design
  • 1-2 years of web design experience
  • Experience with Web-based Content Management systems
  • Experience working cross-functionally across many teams and departments
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail and work well within tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects & tasks

Skills

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Highly proficient in Mac OSX (connecting to servers, organizing files, and sharing documents)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
