About the Role
Support the Quality team in ensuring the quality and reliability of North Atlantic Industries' electronic systems throughout the manufacturing process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues while developing the technical knowledge and problem-solving skills needed to support production yield, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support failure analysis for supplier-related issues and assist with implementing supplier corrective actions.
- Conduct investigations on factory non-conformances, perform root cause analysis with guidance, and assist in ensuring timely closure of corrective actions.
- Support internal audits and assist with external audits related to AS9100/ISO 9001, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Serve as a Quality representative for production teams by supporting day-to-day product quality activities.
- Assist with customer post-delivery issues and support completion of customer RCCA requests.
- Collect, analyze, and report quality data, yield metrics, and defect trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities and assist with the resolution of day-to-day nonconformances.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining quality documentation including procedures, work instructions, inspection plans, and quality records.
- Support activities that improve, maintain, and promote the Quality Management System.
Requirements
- Candidates must be a U.S. Person, defined as either a U.S. citizen or a lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), and must be able to provide appropriate documentation upon hire to verify this status.
- Some positions involve sensitive customer contracts and require U.S. citizenship as a condition of employment.
