About the Role

We're looking for a Software Engineering Intern excited to build real features, ship real code, and see their work in the hands of real users during a summer internship. You will be embedded in a product squad, contributing directly to our core platform alongside senior engineers, designers, and domain experts. By the end of the summer, you'll have owned a meaningful project from scoping through delivery, presented your work to the company, and gained deep exposure to how AI agents, LLMs, and modern infrastructure solve complex problems in finance.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and ship features across our full stack (React/TypeScript front end, Python/FastAPI back end, PostgreSQL)
Work with LLM orchestration frameworks to develop, test, and improve our AI accounting agents
Collaborate with accountants and domain experts to understand real-world workflows and translate them into product
Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews with experienced engineers
Tackle ambiguous problems with ownership, context, and support
Present your summer project to the full team at the end of the internship

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (expected graduation 2027 or later)
Strong fundamentals in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or similar)
Familiarity with web development concepts (APIs, databases, front-end frameworks)
Genuine curiosity about AI/ML, large language models, or agentic systems
Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
