About the Role
The Residential Services Attendant is an integral part of the Residential Services Team, ensuring residents and their guests are well looked after. This role involves greeting residents and visitors, handling packages, assisting with inquiries, and transporting items to residences. The attendant may also deliver newspapers and support the Residential Concierge.
Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors upon arrival and departure.
- Load and unload packages from vehicles.
- Assist residents and guests with general inquiries about the local area.
- Transport packages, dry cleaning, and groceries to residences.
- Deliver newspapers.
- Assist the Residential Concierge when needed.
Requirements
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Command of the English language.
- Ability to stand outside for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to lift at least 60lbs.
- Warm welcoming smile.
- Positive attitude.
- Knowledgeable about the local area.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Possess legal work authorization in Canada.
