About the Role

Safely drive a vehicle to perform deliveries, recover used batteries, perform customer installations, and handle warehouse tasks including shipping, receiving, labeling, loading, inventory control, and battery maintenance. Consistently demonstrate excellence and contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product and pick up used batteries.
• Maintain and replenish consignment products for customers.
• Plan efficient routes.
• Ensure proper, accurate, staged, and safe stocking of the vehicle.
• Perform battery installations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all customer transactions.
• Load and offload vehicles.
• Prepare shipments.
• Add a valuable, helpful, and positive influence to the customer experience.

Requirements

• Valid DOT CDL (Class B acceptable) with medical card and hazmat endorsement.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a CDL Driver.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (3.0 or higher GPA preferred).
• MVR with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years.
• General knowledge of DOT/HOS requirements and HAZCOM safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with material handling equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks).
• Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment and diverse customer facilities.
• Physical strength to carry product weighing up to 125 lbs (participation in group lifts required for heavier weight).
• Ability to push pallets or wheeled carts weighing over 3,000 lbs.
• Comfortable with frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching.
