About the Role
This dynamic role serves as the first point of contact for store customers, guiding them through the tire purchasing process and ensuring a seamless experience at Pomp’s.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences
- Provide expert recommendations on available services and products
- Assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels
- Process invoices efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support daily operations
Requirements
- Knowledge or experience in commercial tire services is preferred
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Sales experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills are necessary
- Ability to assess and address customer tire and service needs effectively
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
Education Level
- High school diploma or equivalent required
