About the Role

Training and serving frontier AI models requires significant data center capacity. The Data Center Capacity Delivery team ensures leased and partnered sites are delivered from deal close through operational handover efficiently and safely. As a Regional Manager, you will oversee a regional portfolio of active and upcoming projects, build and lead a team of Senior Delivery Managers and third-party partners, set delivery standards, and serve as the executive-level interface with developer partners. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring daily collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the region's sites to shape culture, approach, and aggressiveness, impacting outcomes favorably.
Hire, develop, empower, and lead Senior Delivery Managers and raise the skillset of developers, contractors, and partners.
Plan resourcing and headcount as the portfolio grows.
Own portfolio execution for the region, including schedule, quality, and safety outcomes against milestones.
Select, scope, contract, and manage owner's-rep and project-management partners, modifying contracts and replacing partners as needed.
Set and enforce delivery standards across projects, including integrated schedule, quality, change control, reporting, and tools.
Identify and clear blockers across developer, GC, and trade layers.
Step in on site where a project requires direct intervention.

Requirements

10+ years delivering data center or other mission-critical construction, with several years as a senior leader on the owner's or GC's side.
Experience leading a multi-project portfolio and building the delivering team.
In-depth knowledge of the end-to-end development process (entitlements, permitting, design, equipment, construction, commissioning, handover).
Experience managing developer, GC, and third-party relationships at the executive level.
Ability to lead through presence, being on site frequently to set pace and culture.
Clear communication skills with technical and non-specialist stakeholders.
Comfort with ambiguity and owning outcomes in the absence of established processes.
Hyperscale data center delivery experience on the owner, developer, or GC side is a plus.
Experience with the Australian and Japanese/Korean market, including contractors, permitting, and contractual norms, is a plus.
Familiarity with lease, construction, and development contract structures and aligning incentives around speed is a plus.
