About the Role
As a Seasonal Advisor within our Channel Retail team, you will help drive holiday sales in an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store during the most important time of year. You will maximize performance during a peak period by helping customers with your positive attitude, love for technology, and passion for Apple. You will grow Apple business by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and generating excitement around the Apple ecosystem. You will leverage current promotions and affordability options like Trade-In and Financing through direct selling, personalized demos, and customer engagements that drive sales and attach for owners and gift-giving opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Represent Apple within a single partner store to drive sales and grow business.
- Educate and encourage customers on the latest Apple product services portfolio and current promotions.
- Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations.
- Ensure Apple’s brand standards are upheld throughout the store in partnership with the Community Specialist.
- Ensure all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
Requirements
- Typically requires a minimum of 0-1+ years of related experience.
- Passion for Apple technology.
- Curiosity for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
- Outstanding customer focus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to inspire others and drive sales at a single point of sale.
- High level of integrity, trust, and accountability.

- Background in direct sales or solution-based selling is a plus.
