- Help manage communication channels and collaboration spaces, including Teams, SharePoint, Monday.com, shared folders, and other systems used to coordinate Digital division work.
- Support division reporting by compiling project updates, operational metrics, status summaries, budget-related notes, and action-item dashboards for review by the Director.
- Anticipate needs, flag gaps, recommend improvements, and help establish smoother ways of working across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage digital project workflows from intake through launch, including websites, online tools, mobile applications, event-related digital products, and other CRF Digital initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and launch-readiness checklists.

- Coordinate QA, stakeholder feedback, approvals, accessibility review coordination, deployment readiness, and post-production support before and after launches.
- Prepare concise status updates, project summaries, and decision-support materials for the Director and relevant leadership stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, requirement specifications, stakeholder notes, approvals, file organization, and operational records in appropriate shared systems.
