About the Role

As a Print Production Associate, you will collaborate and be inclusive in helping our customers meet their copy and print needs while being part of a fun, team-oriented culture. Our print facilities are not typically customer facing as larger orders from our stores are sent to our print facilities to complete. You’ll produce and finish large copy, print and signage orders using high volume digital print equipment.

Responsibilities

Follow production workflow to produce high volume of work
Operate a variety of finishing equipment including cutters, drills and bindery
Prepare and troubleshoot various file formats and change to PDF print-ready status
Ensure that all work produced is in accordance with the job ticket and customer’s quality expectations
Properly use and care for all equipment, complying with operating instructions and maintenance schedules
Partner with the Production Facility Lead for the timely processing of projects
Be flexible to perform other duties as assigned; may also serve as back up driver

Requirements

Attention to detail and sound organizational skills
Experience managing many priorities
Ability to read & interpret instructions, identify problems/missing information and address them proactively
Basic computer skills (e.g. able to size and print documents)
