About the Role

In this role, you take full responsibility for a workstream, guiding it from the initial question to the final answer. You will manage Associates, gain early client exposure with strong support, and join working sessions from your first month.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a workstream from start to finish, including defining the question, choosing the method, conducting analysis, writing the answer, and defending conclusions.
  • Oversee one or two Associates, set their work approach, review their output, and help them improve.
  • Be responsible for a section of the client deliverable, including making recommendations and providing supporting evidence.
  • Handle challenging tasks such as war game rounds, buyer interview programs, and diligence workstreams with light supervision.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the client's team between formal meetings, answering questions, managing expectations, and keeping the project moving forward.
  • Critically review data, adapt platform insights, and inform the team if standard answers do not fit client needs.
  • Identify and bring to the team's attention other client problems related to current work, which may lead to more projects.

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similar field.
  • Held at least one role where you managed a workstream and made recommendations.
  • Experience providing answers in meetings, not just taking notes.
  • Ability to quickly turn an unclear brief into a clear plan, usually within a day.
  • Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to build reliable models and create concise presentations for a CEO.
  • Experience using AI tools and understanding their appropriate application.
  • Comfortable leading junior colleagues and helping them improve their work.
  • Real interest in identity, fraud, financial crime, cybersecurity, and related regulations.
