Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle CDC solutions for near real-time data replication and integration.
  • Implement and maintain Oracle GoldenGate, configure, monitor, and optimize Debezium connectors, CDC pipelines, and processes.
  • Collaborate with business, application, and data teams to deliver scalable data integration solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CDC processes, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and minimal latency.
  • Work with large volume transactional systems, ensuring compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards in the banking domain.
  • Support production deployments, incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for Oracle databases and CDC infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and best practices.
  • Participate in Agile Scrum delivery teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in Financial Services/Banking environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and stakeholder management skills.
