About the Role

Join Pratt & Whitney, a world leader in aircraft engines, and contribute to shaping the future of aerospace and defense. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and operational efficiency of pre and post-coating processes for EBPVD and Plasma.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand the operation and safety features of all support equipment for EBPVD and Plasma coating processes.
• Perform in-process inspections of process hardware before and after coating.
• Assist in all operational functions associated with processing hardware for coating.
• Make required process paperwork entries accurately and on time.
• Ensure all completed operations meet provided standards.
• Ensure no operation is completed without proper documentation and understood quality requirements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship.
• HS diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

Skills

• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to perform necessary duties in EBPVD and/or Plasma
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, squat, climb and twist hands
• Ability to work in a confined space
• Ability to follow instructions and multi-task
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and good attendance
• Quality excellence and strong work ethic
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
