About the Role

Responsibilities
- Fully understand the operation and safety features of all support equipment for EBPVD and Plasma coating processes.
- Perform in-process inspections of process hardware before and after coating.
- Assist in all operational functions associated with processing hardware for coating.
- Make required process paperwork entries accurately and on time.
- Ensure all completed operations meet provided standards.
- Ensure no operation is completed without proper documentation and understood quality requirements.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship.
- HS diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
Skills
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to perform necessary duties in EBPVD and/or Plasma
- Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, squat, climb and twist hands
- Ability to work in a confined space
- Ability to follow instructions and multi-task
- Reliable, punctual, flexible and good attendance
- Quality excellence and strong work ethic
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Quick learner, self-starter
