About the Role

Meta is seeking a Program Manager to join the Integrity Product Program Management team. This role focuses on building, driving, and scaling processes to achieve product goals that protect the community. The ideal candidate will have expertise in large-scale programs, cross-functional relationship building, and risk management to protect users from current and future threats.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple integrity programs using agile best practices, including planning, coordination, status tracking, reporting, and executive communications.
• Evaluate and audit problem spaces to ensure universal and de-duplicated integrity solution development across Meta.
• Build playbooks and process channels to facilitate the scaling of Integrity products across Meta with minimal friction for partner teams.
• Drive standardized playbooks for identifying and closing gaps for integrity experiences for new products and users.
• Scale playbooks by driving efficiencies, reducing overhead, and increasing speed to execute.
• Develop Meta-wide playbooks for launching integrity levers during crisis and steady state.
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams including integrity, Family of Apps, Monetization, and Global Operations.
• Engage with cross-Meta teams to scale and mature capabilities on company-wide initiatives and governance.
• Analyze supported Integrity product domains, present findings, and inform product decisions, measurement methodology, and problem space analysis.
• Select appropriate integrity metrics to measure program success and identify trends from data.
• Evaluate existing and future product problem spaces through a comprehensive Meta lens, auditing similar problems in multiple places, to ensure integrity solution development is universal and de-duplicated.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management supporting product development.
• Integrity experience in user safety, trust and safety, product inception, or scalability.
• Experience with product development methodologies, including agile and product execution.
• Experience evaluating data to understand trends and support decision making.
• Experience driving alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base, including leadership, peers, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience identifying root causes of complex issues, developing solutions, and driving resolution across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices.
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
• Product Development related project management certifications (e.g. Project Management Professional or Certified Scrum Master).
• Track record of operating independently, developing novel approaches to solve ambiguous problems, being detail-oriented, and delivering results at a large scale.
