About the Role

The Operations Specialists team assists clients in shaping their operations for strategic goal achievement and sustainable business performance. We cover the entire value chain from strategy development to implementation and transformation in areas like Supply Chain, Value Sourcing, Manufacturing, Service Operations, and Innovation & Product Development. We are expanding our team in Germany and seeking high-potential candidates with proven track records.

Requirements

Relevant experience (4-9 years) in one of the Operations topics (such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain).
Proven knowledge of relevant sectors: Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing Industries, Transportation, Energy, Process industries, Financial Services.
Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
Strong background in problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
Excellent relationship building skills with clients of all levels.
Great team player, Self-directed and willing to take initiative.
Fluency in English and German is required.
Willingness to travel.
