About the Role

Join our team as an Electronics Technician, where you'll test and troubleshoot electronic products to the component level using advanced tools like oscilloscopes, voltmeters, and Hi-Pot meters. You'll interpret schematics, mentor teammates, and recommend process improvements to ensure the highest quality standards in a collaborative, self-directed team environment. With a degree or certification in electronics and hands-on manufacturing experience, you'll play a vital role in driving innovation and excellence in electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Test and troubleshoot electronic products to the component and sub-assembly level using schematics and established procedures.
Provide technical guidance to Assemblers and mentor new technicians.
Interpret drawings and specifications.
Recommend process improvements.
Ensure all quality feedback is documented and communicated effectively.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
PR Certification must be obtained within the probationary period.
Requires access to U.S. export-controlled information.
Must be able to prove status as a U.S. Person (U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, asylee or refugee status).
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen.
Employees may be subject to random and reasonable-suspicion drug and alcohol testing.

Salary/Compensations

$31 - $37/hr
Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
