About the Role
As a Skin Educator, you will deliver exceptional high-tech facial treatments and provide an outstanding guest experience. Your expertise will guide guests toward personalized solutions, including treatment plans and product recommendations, driving sales. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, helping guests achieve their skin goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform thoughtful skin consultations and educate guests on treatments to address their skin concerns.
- Recommend personalized post-treatment skin regimens and products.
- Deliver a variety of high-tech treatments following Fig protocols.
- Proactively educate guests about products, memberships, and promotions to drive sales.
- Ensure guest safety, maintain accurate guest documentation, and manage guest care flow.
- Maintain treatment supplies and equipment, including sterilization and cleanliness.
- Partner with Guest Experience and Medical teams to identify opportunities for enhanced experiences.
- Support community-building efforts by participating in Fig Bar events.
- Be present and punctual for scheduled shifts.
