About the Role

As a member of our Investment Talent Program, you will have the opportunity to grow within high-performing teams that manage over $120 billion in assets and help shape the future of investing. Responsibilities

  • Conduct security, sector, and asset class analyses.
  • Participate in the management of diversified portfolios, including private debt, fixed income, private and public equity, and infrastructure investments.
  • Develop and program valuation, optimization, and simulation models.
  • Contribute to the management of global multi-asset portfolios, including equities, fixed income, currencies, and commodities.
  • Support investment decisions through rigorous macroeconomic and quantitative analysis.
  • Participate in securities valuation and reporting processes.
  • Analyze the performance of investment mandates.
  • Contribute to the identification, assessment, and modeling of investment risks.
  • Recommend performance indicators and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, or Actuarial Science.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in financial markets and the investment industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Stands out for analytical rigor and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and a continuous desire to learn.
  • Recognized for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Has an advanced level of English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of programming tools such as R, Python, or SQL (an asset).
  • Holds or is pursuing at least one recognized professional designation such as CFA, CIPM, or FRM (an asset).
