About the Role

The Supply Future Leaders program is designed to accelerate the careers of future leaders by providing recent graduates with exposure to various roles and challenges within our Canadian Breweries. Participants will gain experience in Brewery Operations and develop leadership skills, preparing them for front-line managerial positions and a future leadership role in our Supply organization.

Responsibilities

  • Gain exposure to a variety of roles and challenges in Brewery Operations.
  • Obtain critical leadership skills.
  • Play a key role in day-to-day production operations for an assigned area and shift.
  • Ensure the safety of themselves and others on the production floor.
  • Maintain compliance with all Labatt policies and uphold quality standards.
  • Address personnel and process-related issues effectively.
  • Utilize data analysis and lean manufacturing methods to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Detect systematic issues using visual or oral methods from machines or equipment.
  • Discuss operations with maintenance workers to diagnose problems or repair machines.
  • Work with pumps, motors, heat exchangers, and various packaging equipment.

Requirements

  • Must have graduated in the last 2 years; 2025, 2026 or anticipated graduation no later than September 2027.
  • Must be willing and eligible to relocate.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
  • Must have the ability to walk up and down elevated catwalks and stairs, stand for long periods of time, and work in all environmental conditions including extreme temperatures.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime.

Experience Level

  • No formal work experience is required.
  • Previous internship experience is a plus.

Education Level

  • A background in Engineering, Science, or Environmental/Safety is preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $80,000 CAD
