Responsibilities

• Develop and execute executive internal and external communications strategies to drive reputation and brand.
• Develop internal, PR, and social media strategies.
• Support executive communications.
• Position leaders in thought leadership forums.
• Develop integrated communications strategies, supporting narratives, and plans across key initiatives.
• Create and deliver engaging content across various channels including executive communications, social media, Slacks, videos, articles, op-eds, and events.
• Provide strategic guidance on messaging and effective communications, including hands-on execution of tactics.
• Monitor the external landscape, best practices, and social/content trends.
• Track and measure results and iterate on strategies.
• Manage projects, including timelines, content crafting/review, design guidance, and ensuring timely deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Communications experience.
• Powerhouse writing skills, including the ability to quickly turn around messaging across formats.
• Experience influencing partners.
• Experience navigating complex and matrixed organizations.
• Experience driving internal and external strategies and execution.

• Exceptional oral and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and delivering high quality work.
