About the Role
We are searching for qualified candidates with experience managing multi-site properties, Affordable, Conventional and New Construction, who can manage/direct/motivate a large team of employees. Candidates must ensure property owners' objectives are achieved by maintaining and leasing up properties. Responsibilities include assessing market conditions, developing strategies, and implementing budgets to meet owner needs and financial goals.
Responsibilities
- Assess market conditions and develop strategies consistent with owner needs.
- Develop and implement budgets in accordance with owner's financial goals.
- Ensure properties are well maintained and leased up.
- Manage/direct/motivate a large team of employees.
- Achieve property owners' objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 – 5 years new construction and lease up background in both conventional and or affordable housing.
- Financial background that includes budget and performance preparation, managing and controlling expenses, approval of purchase orders and vendors, and experience in reviewing income and expense reports.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment

Experience Level
- Preferred 5 – 8 years industry experience in a management role
Education Level
- Preferred College degree or equivalent years of work experience
- CPM certification preferred
- Tax Credit/Affordable Housing preferred
