About the Role
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will experiment across the entire RentSpree customer experience, from initial awareness to long-term customer loyalty. You will be accountable for moving your assigned persona through their entire user journey, identifying and prioritizing experiments within channels that are likely to drive measurable business impact and learning. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, data, and client success teams, leveraging AI-driven workflows and automation to scale your output.
Responsibilities
- Drive your audience's flywheel end to end: the full path from education and acquisition through activation, paid conversion, expansion and retention.
- Design and run structured experiments: hypothesis, launch, measure, learn, iterate.
- Grow through the people our customers already trust: we reach agents largely through our MLS, brokerage, and association partners rather than a list we own, and most of our landlords arrive because their agent handed them to us. Building on those relationship touchpoints is more effective than going around them.
- Create growth inside the product, not just around it: work with product and growth engineering to test on the surfaces where people actually use RentSpree.
- Leverage AI and agentic workflows to scale well past what one person could run by hand.
Requirements
- 5–10 years in growth marketing and a background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, B2B2C, or consumer/prosumer businesses.
- Experience across several growth channels, with real depth in at least one.
- Strong segmentation practices: you break a broad audience into behavioral and motivational segments and build against them, rather than treating everyone the same.
- Comfortable where the instrumentation is thin: you set your own baselines, size the read honestly, and keep your nerve when the first several tests don't move anything.
- Hands-on use of AI tools and agentic workflows to scale testing, personalization, and operations.
- Deep knowledge of growth metrics (AARRR, LTV/CAC, funnel optimization), and skilled with modern marketing automation and analytics platforms (we use HubSpot, Amplitude, Omni and GA4).
- A bias for clear prioritization, experimentation, and measurable, incremental results, and the communication skills to bring cross-functional partners with you.
- Own it end to end. Drive projects from idea to execution. Take pride in the work. Do what it takes.
- Communicate like a teammate. Direct, candid, and respectful. Give feedback well, receive it well, and build trust through transparency.
- Hold a high bar. Think critically. Stay curious. Keep looking for ways to do it better.
- Stay adaptable. Anticipate challenges, take initiative, and bring resourcefulness to whatever comes next.
- Experiment and learn fast. Try things. Learn from what doesn't work. Keep it simple.
- Debate well, commit fully. Push back constructively, contribute your point of view, then align and move together.
- AI is a core skill. Use AI tools to move faster and think sharper.
