About the Role

As part of the Enterprise Learning and Development team, you will play a key role in shaping experiences that build capabilities, accelerate performance, and support strategic business priorities. This is a highly autonomous role where you will own a portfolio of learning programs, partner directly with business leaders, and create learning solutions that deliver real results. You will gain exposure to enterprise priorities and influence how capability is developed at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities and capability needs into learning programs.
  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning solutions, communication plans, and reinforcement strategies that drive learner engagement, knowledge retention, and business impact.
  • Facilitate engaging virtual, in-person, and blended learning experiences.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR partners, subject matter experts, and external learning providers to deliver meaningful development opportunities aligned to business outcomes.
  • Measure program effectiveness by analyzing learner feedback, performance metrics, and industry trends to continuously enhance learning experiences.
  • Ensure learning content is engaging, accessible, inclusive, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or a related field.
  • Ability to connect learning solutions to business goals and drive initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities.
  • Proven ability to partner with leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate program value, influence sponsorship and adoption, and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation approaches.
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing learning programs in a corporate environment.
  • Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally as required.
  • Successful clearance of background checks (including criminal checks and leadership references).

Salary/Compensations

  • $73,500-$123,500
