About the Role

Spark Learning is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). We utilize a naturalistic, play-based approach to ABA, focusing on child-led learning, confidence, independence, and connection. This role offers supportive mentorship, hands-on learning, and a collaborative environment where your contributions make a lasting impact.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Deliver engaging, play-based, and child-led therapy sessions.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, daily living, and behavioral skills.
• Collect accurate and timely session data.
• Support behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals using evidence-based strategies.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
• Help create a fun, supportive, and motivating environment where children can thrive.
