About the Role

This Brand Ambassador position is for you if you enjoy delivering excellent customer service by creating a fantastic shopping experience and being a great team player. You will be the local representative on the shop floor to drive sales, and ensure perfect execution of merchandising, marketing activities and any special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and ensure perfect execution of merchandising, marketing activities and special projects.
  • Proactively communicate challenges and opportunities for improvement and expansion, including out of stock, new spaces, and merchandising.
  • Analyze and review sales figures and develop strategies to improve performance.
  • Manage vendor reporting, direct vendor relationships, vendor visits, and merchandising autonomy.
  • Monitor and communicate product in-stock positions, ensuring appropriate stock levels.
  • Assist in the maintenance of TS/RP’s for all locations.
  • Maximize sales through strategic merchandising and promotional presentation.
  • Implement marketing strategies, ensuring product supply and coordinating teams.
  • Ensure merchandise is neat, clean, and fully stocked.
  • Ensure all signage and shelf edge pricing is clear and accurate.
  • Supervise inventory counting at the end of shift and assist with loss prevention initiatives.
  • Assist in preparation for full inventory count.
  • Oversee product RTV, price changes, merchandising standards, TSRP, and promotional changeovers.
  • Receive and distribute testers & GWP’s for sorting and store distribution.
  • Observe and maintain store loss prevention and security procedures and report any security breaches or issues.
  • Ensure all health & safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of luxury retail experience.
  • Well organized.
  • Ability to balance activities that drive both short and long-term business results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize efforts to achieve objectives.
  • Relationship oriented (internally and externally).
  • Confident, articulate and energetic.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts according to business needs.
