About the Role
As a Cyber Strategy & Resilience Director, you will guide organizations through complex regulatory landscapes, enhance internal controls, and mitigate risks. You will set strategic direction, lead business development, and shape client engagements while mentoring future leaders. Your role is crucial in driving business growth and maintaining executive-level client relations, upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for clients
- Overseeing regulatory compliance initiatives to mitigate risks and enhance internal controls
- Guiding teams in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and providing strategic compliance advice
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful engagements
- Promoting technological advancements to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and innovation in cybersecurity
- Balancing long-term and short-term strategic planning to address system-level enablers
- Cultivating potential in team members through mentorship and leadership development
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relationships to maximize satisfaction and engagement
- Adhering to and enforcing professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience
- Travel Requirements: Up to 60%
