Responsibilities

Requirements
- Enrolled in post-secondary education and working to obtain the Canadian CPA required prerequisite courses
- Demonstrate a self-starter mindset by proactively identifying opportunities, taking ownership of tasks, while showing flexibility and adaptability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Approach projects with a detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and completeness throughout all stages of the process
- Demonstrate coachability by actively seeking feedback, embracing growth opportunities, and pursuing continuous development
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, clear communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Knowledge of end-to-end accounting process
- Comfort with research, analysis, and synthesizing information from multiple sources
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and willingness to learn additional tools or platforms
- A growth mindset and a strong desire to continuously develop new skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
