About the Role
This position provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing their calendars, handling communication, arranging travel, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings. It ensures the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities. The role requires a high degree of discretion, analysis, initiative, and independent judgment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the executive's complex schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage priorities, tasks, and timelines aligned with the Strategic Leadership Team's priorities.
- Screen emails and correspondence, respond on the executive's behalf, and draft/edit communications.
- Create meeting agendas, distribute materials, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
- Book flights, accommodations, and transportation for business travel.
- Assist with special projects, manage deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Track and submit expenses and reimbursements.
- Map out critical internal and external stakeholders based on priorities.
- Occasionally attend stakeholder meetings on behalf of the executive.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Participation in monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation (DOPE).
- Understand, affirm, and adhere to Launch Global’s Statement of Faith.

- Demonstrate all character, Launch Global, and biblical values as stated in the Launch Global Staff Handbook.
