About the Role

The B2B Commercial Strategy team shapes the future direction of BKNG’s B2B business, addressing key commercial questions regarding growth, investment, and market strategies. This high-visibility role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence major commercial decisions by identifying growth opportunities, assessing market dynamics, and shaping recommendations for investment and execution.

Responsibilities

Help shape the commercial strategy for Agoda’s B2B business across markets, segments, and partnerships
Lead strategic analyses on market trends, competitor moves, performance, and opportunity sizing
Build business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making
Drive cross-functional strategic projects from problem definition through recommendation and execution support
Support ad-hoc projects, leading independent workstreams
Develop frameworks that help the business prioritize, allocate resources, and execute effectively
Partner with teams across the organization to align on priorities and move strategic initiatives forward

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, commercial planning, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex information into simple, actionable insights
Strong business judgment and comfort working through ambiguous strategic questions
Financial modeling and business case development experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
Ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution detail
Candidates should be authorized to accept employment in the US from any employer
Must be able to work a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days per week in the stated physical office
