About the Role

Cobblestone Creek Country Club is seeking a driven Membership Director to lead prospecting, sales, and onboarding activities. This full-time role contributes to the success of the club and community within the fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

  • Meets or exceeds stated sales, revenue, and retention goals.
  • Leads and directs the marketing, membership, and communications team and overall strategy.
  • Consistently interacts with members, prospects, coworkers, and management with a positive attitude and focus on a culture of hospitality, leadership, and mutual respect.
  • Develops and executes marketing tactics and strategies to enhance brand awareness and communicate the membership marketing and sales plan.
  • Drives content development and facilitates production of all membership-related materials.
  • Conducts marketing activities such as community networking, Realtor relations, and participation in member events.
  • Integrates with club leadership, Troon Corporate team, and CCCC Board and Committees; reports, tracks, and communicates results and data.
  • Implements and manages a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Membership Prospect and Sales Report.
  • Leads a sales journey to connect potential members to CCCC and new members to the CCCC lifestyle.
  • Oversees all membership paperwork related to sales, upgrades, downgrades, and resignations.
  • Leads the content, production, packaging, and delivery of a thorough and accurate onboarding for every new member.
  • Acts as a supportive team player who actively contributes in staff meetings and communicates information to increase understanding of membership goals, policy changes, and activities.
  • Develops and adheres to a departmental budget; monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to attain budget goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or hospitality preferred; or a minimum of four years of experience in a related field.
  • Country club experience preferred.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
  • Strong organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and ability to self-start.
  • Ability to multi-task and produce high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with budget development, fiscal management, strategic planning, and marketing strategies.
  • Team player with the ability to work cooperatively with other departments, committees, and boards to attain club goals.

Salary/Compensations

  • $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually
