About the Role

CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI Training Infrastructure to own the narrative around building and training AI models. This role focuses on the infrastructure decisions that enable or hinder AI development, with a particular emphasis on CoreWeave's Kubernetes-native training solutions and their integration with the broader ML ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Own the AI Training Infrastructure narrative for CoreWeave, building a strategic positioning framework that ties CoreWeave Kubernetes Service, SUNK, and SUNK Anywhere into a coherent market story.
  • Shape how CoreWeave competes in training-focused sales situations by owning the competitive positioning framework and persona-specific messaging.
  • Define the customer evidence strategy for AI Training Infrastructure, identifying key proof points and building feedback loops to surface deployment insights.
  • Define how CoreWeave's training stack goes to market, owning the enablement framework for Sales and Solutions Architects.
  • Partner with DevRel on content and enablement for technical audiences.
  • Partner with technical and applied ML teams on benchmarking and performance validation.
  • Define how product marketing's impact is measured for AI Training Infrastructure, focusing on metrics like deal velocity, contract value, and competitive win rates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or GTM, in cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, or developer tooling.
  • Working fluency with Kubernetes, understanding how teams use them and why infrastructure decisions matter.
  • Direct experience with or proximity to AI researchers, understanding their thought processes and evaluation criteria.
  • Familiarity with the AI model development lifecycle from pre-training through fine-tuning, RL, and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging for complex technical products that drove adoption, market perception, or competitive win rates.
  • Sound judgment inside ambiguity, with experience working in fast-moving organizations where role definitions shifted.
  • Experience marketing platform or infrastructure products where the buyer is a platform engineer, research lead, or technical architect.
  • Familiarity with schedulers, clusters, or distributed training workloads, Slurm, Kubernetes-native training, or both.
  • Track record across multiple products or a portfolio simultaneously.
  • Background in developer tools, HPC, or AI infrastructure.
  • Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to access export controlled information without authorization, or eligible to obtain authorization.
