About the Role
As an Operations Associate, you will drive store operational efficiency and support the customer experience by managing back-of-house processes. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will ensure seamless operations, while you lead the back-of-house team in merchandise processing, inventory control, and store organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example in all back-of-house operations, setting high standards for efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Ensure seamless coordination between back-of-house and sales floor operations.
- Oversee all inventory processes, including merchandise check-in, stock processing, store-to-store transfers, markdowns, RTVs, and liquidation.
- Implement procedures for timely and accurate stock handling.
- Manage visual merchandising processes such as floor sets, product replenishment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing.
- Implement and monitor asset protection strategies to minimize inventory loss.
- Oversee accurate and timely physical inventory counts.
- Maintain an organized, efficient, and safe stockroom.
- Provide support on the sales floor as needed, assisting with POS operations and checkout.
- Greet and engage customers when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior sales support experience, including POS, inventory management, cycle counts, and shipment processing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexible with scheduling needs and adaptable to business demands.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
