About the Role

The Field Store Associate will drive and increase sales at Lowe’s stores by engaging customers, generating leads, implementing sales programs, providing customer service, and managing merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive and increase sales at Lowe’s stores.
• Engage customers in the Paint and Pro departments.
• Generate customer leads.

Requirements

• Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors.
• Access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value.
• Criminal history review is necessary to protect the business, its operations and reputation, and the safety of customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.
