About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to develop and grow skill sets in various logistics and product fulfillment roles within a distribution center. Training and certification for operating powered equipment like forklifts, tuggers, and pallet jacks are provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks
- Perform order filling, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and stocking duties
- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
- Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
- Assist in team lifts
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop
- Perform work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders

Salary/Compensations
- Earn up to $26.48 /hr
- Wage starting from $20.25 - $24.35 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
- Eligible team members can earn an additional $0.76 - $2.13 per hour with quarterly performance bonus
