About the Role
The Arc Madison Cortland is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team and empower the individuals they serve. This role involves supervising staff and residents, overseeing site operations, and ensuring compliance with service plans and agency policies.
Responsibilities
- Participates in the development and assures compliance of Individual Service Plans.
- Interviews, hires, trains and supervises all approved direct care positions.
- Oversee residents' finances, medications and healthcare needs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
- Valid NYS driver's license with 12 months driving history required.
- Bachelor's degree and previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Combination of education and experience that exceeds the standards of the program is acceptable.
