About the Role
As a Service Technician for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen, you will be a professional craftsperson experienced in remodeling, finish carpentry, or installing windows. This customer-facing role requires dedication to providing excellent service to homeowners.
Responsibilities
- Perform assessments and services based on job site evaluations for windows and doors.
- Understand correct installation process and proper functioning of windows and doors for evaluation.
- Resolve service calls accurately and efficiently.
- Travel to customers' homes to assess and repair products.
- Fill out and submit appropriate warranty paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Experience in carpentry, remodeling, residential construction, window installation, door installation, or a related skilled trade.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable with Apple products.
- Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim work.
- Valid US Driver’s License.
