About the Role

Support reliable, flexible, and rapid access to information throughout the organization for actionable decision-making and improved business process cycle/productivity. Responsibilities include supporting the existing Microsoft environment, acquisition network integrations, evaluating and recommending new technologies, implementing system security best practices, and expanding the hybrid cloud environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain efficient and reliable site infrastructure environments including networking, wireless, virtualization, and backup solutions.
  • Plan and execute complex projects, including network/server upgrades, hybrid cloud/data center architecture, Active Directory domain upgrades, Office 365 tenant migrations, and disaster recovery activities.
  • Support Oracle Cloud and Microsoft Azure architecture; evaluate and recommend cloud microservices solutions.
  • Manage Linux lifecycles, automation, and troubleshooting for Oracle and Red Hat distributions.
  • Lead infrastructure projects related to company acquisitions, including Office 365 migrations, server migrations, and LAN/SD-WAN implementations.
  • Utilize and maintain infrastructure toolsets, including asset management, monitoring, and reporting applications.
  • Contribute to all aspects of global infrastructure implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.

Experience Level

  • 5 years of on-premise networking, server, storage and virtualization experience
  • 5 years of Windows and Linux server administration and troubleshooting experience
  • 5 years of Linux server administrator including the use of Ansible, Oracle Management Hub, and related patching activities
  • 5 years supporting CUPS print services
  • At least 5 years of proven project implementation experience for mid-size and enterprise environments

Education Level

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE) or continuing education preferred.

Salary/Compensations

  • $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
