About the Role

This internship program offers a comprehensive "learning by doing" experience, providing a realistic look at what it means to be a Gallagher Producer through job shadowing, presentations, client project assignments, and prospecting. Interns will gain exposure to all divisions and service lines, with the opportunity to work in one primary area: Insurance, HR services, Risk management, Claims, or Reinsurance.

Responsibilities

Understand Consultative Selling by shadowing producers, consultants, and underwriting teams.
Participate in National Intern Orientation, weekly training events, and case competitions.
Collaborate with peers in national and regional sales competitions.
Learn about Risk Management, Benefits, Wholesale, and Claims businesses.
Experience the "Gallagher Way" culture firsthand.
Assist with various regional and/or branch projects.
Demonstrate passion to learn and be mentored by employees.

Requirements

Second and third-year university or college students with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2029.
Availability to participate within program dates: May 10, 2027 - August 27, 2027.
