About the Role
Supervise the day-to-day warehouse/storeroom operations and management, ensuring effective implementation of inventory control processes and directly supervising warehouse storeroom employees.
Responsibilities
- Implement initiatives to ensure high levels of warehouse, retail site, and delivery services, including scheduled and emergency customer requests.
- Supervise the pole delivery process, including daily monitoring, stocking of pole bunkers, safe delivery to job sites, and return of poles to inventory.
- Manage warehouse processes such as material pick, issue, staging, return, and transportation to retail sites.
- Oversee open and working stock, cycle counts, in-storage maintenance, and shelf-life management.
- Support balancing cost control with client needs for service, cost, and asset management.
- Facilitate client-focused interface with customers to align inventory management with work planning and material needs.
- Support business unit emergency response activities as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical Program and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.
- Experience with inventory management software systems such as Passport, Asset Suite 9, Coupa, or similar platforms.
- Prior nuclear experience, highly preferred.
- Prior people leadership experience.
- Inventory management, supply chain, procurement or warehouse experience, preferred.
- Experience managing, supervising or leading union employees.

Salary/Compensations
- $99,000 to $110,000
